People were friendly. They let me down personally as the car i picked was v dirty inside. I said I would return after they cleaned it. This was around 10am. I returned around 3pm. I gave them a time to return for collection and was kept waiting for 1.and half hours as the car still has not been cleaned. Nearly walked out. Had enough today. Always bought my cars from your company but after today im sorry I am considering shopping elsewhere. My daughter needs a car. But you will be my last point of call instead of my first

Service was nice Connor was helpful… went to downgrade my car to save money. found a couple of cars and was convinced with one. But as I left to come home the car felt terrible, I called and asked if there’s anything they can do and nothing could be done. Stupid me for not trying it first - wish I knew that I couldn’t change my mind an hour after leaving.

Fairly good service,we bought a car for £15,000 & we are extremely pleased with it but an extremely poor standard of valeting/cleaning considering the amount of money we have spent.

The sales staff were very helpful and supportive in choosing my new car. It was efficiently coordinated with a positive result. I was dismayed however that on its first journey the engine light came on and a message alerting me that the engine needed to be repaired. Initially I was in a panic and very angry. I returned the car and made a complaint. I was dealt with compassionately and was directed to Customer Service. Within the hour a mechanic had checked the car and a fault was found with the catalytic converter. As it within the 28 day warranty they immediately booked a date and time to complete the repair offering a courtesy car if one was available. I am grateful for their support however, I fail to understand how the car could be sold to me with such an obvious fault. The car had passed an MOT the day before pick up and their mechanic had given the car a full check. I hope this situation is not repeated for any other customers as it causes such distress.

The first part is great, finding your car, the paper work for the finance was good ,but the second half waiting for the finance to go through was awful, we waited 1.5 hrs and nobody came to see us, in the end we gave a deadline otherwise we didn't want the car, there was loads sales people, finance people just standing around doing nothing, I tried to call on a number of occasions through your phone line and we couldn't get through, when they are just standing there as I witnessed myself, eventually after 2 days we had our car, rather than the drive away in 1 HR. also on your advert it's states that you will give £1000 for your px , any condition and any mileage, I got offered£600??, We also got told that we would get £25 for our expenses, but again no phonecall..only 3 * from me , but I am happy with my car.

It took forever. I was a bit disappointed when I wasn’t actually told my trade in value, I would have kept the car and paid the difference. But the guys were great

Matthew was great, really helpful! Only downfall, car was not valeted as they said it was going to be and they did not put fuel in as they promised on multiple occasions. Then another salesman proceeded to lie and say fuel had been put it when it clearly hadn't been. We were there for hours so there was plenty of opportunity for these things to be done. However, just explaining to us honestly that they had run out of time and they had all gone home would have been sufficient. Until then, very pleasant experience.

I purchased a Seat Ibiza from Trade Centre Wales Cardiff on the 28th August. It was to replace the lease car that I had which was due to go back at the end of October and as a result the Seat was not going to be used a lot until then. While the buying process did seem a little excessive having to move several times to different people, but it was relatively straight forward. I had been assured that the car had been thoroughly checked over but I had twenty eight days to bring it back if there were any problems. I took my car to my local garage to find that there were several faults including a leaking shock absorber, the driver’s seat belt would not recoil, the brakes were sticking and it needed a new back box on the exhaust. I phoned Trade Centre Wales and they arranged a date in the middle of September, it was all easily organised. When I took my car in for repair I was told that it may be there for two days in order to get the parts, but I was kept informed of the progress with regular calls. The car that I have is a model with a detachable satellite navigation system which has a mounting point on the dash board. I used the Sat Nav to find the location of the garage workshops and then removed it placing it in the glove box. The car was two days in the garage and as I said I was kept up to date with the progress. I picked the car up all the repairs had been carried out and I thought everything was good. The car was hardly used for the next three weeks spending most of its time parked on my drive. On the return of my lease car I set about getting the Ibiza ready for regular use, I put everything I would need into the car but realised that my Satellite Navigation system was missing. The last time it was used was to go to Trade Centre Wales garage, placing it in the glove box and then not using it again. I did check everywhere for it but with no luck. I can only conclude that it was removed from my car by someone while at Trade Centre Wales. I did inform the garage but unfortunately it was some weeks later and realistically had no chance of satisfactory outcome. I did have a response from TCW saying that there was no reason for the Sat Nav to be removed. I’m guessing I am unlikely to buy another car from Trade Centre Wales in the future and my advice to anyone purchasing a car from them is, to take the car to your local garage straight away for a check over and if having to take your car back remove all valuable items from the car. While I am not looking for a response from TCW, if they do I hope it is not a generic response that is often used, but perhaps something directly concerning the individuals particular concern, this would be much more appreciated.
