The service that I received today in Trade Centre Wales has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in through the door I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner by Ben. Nothing was too much trouble and he put so much time and effort into finding the right car for me. Sean then went through the financial element of the purchase and warranty options and again was so professional and friendly. He made sure I fully understood every element of the purchase and cover before passing me through to Julian. Again I was given the same excellent level of service, everything was explained clearly to me in order to ensure I was happy. I haven't experienced such an exceptional level of customer service at any time in the past and cant recommend Trade Centre Wales highly enough.
