The lady name Louise at the Warehouse Westgate has the most horrible customer service I had.. i had no plan to make a review on her until this happened the second time encountering her...i dont know why she is called the Team leader in customer service???? no good customer service at all and don't even know how to say the simple words "sorry for the inconvenience" very arrogant, don't work at customer facing business if you don't like dealing with customers. You don't deserve to be working there.
