Both Queenstown and Wanaka stores said they were available on their websites, but no they weren't. Poor advertising. Maybe someone should be spend some time on your website up dating products availability 😞”
“I went into the Kaitaia warehouse at about 930 and we were helped out by a young lady name. ‘Dayna’ not sure of the spell but she went over and above the service offered .went out of her way to help us deserves a store reward thankyou Dayna .brought a toaster cheers Russ”
“I paid for a TV using click an collect after hours, website said it was in stock with a 1-4 day wait. I could have ordered click and collect the next day and picked up same day but I received no updates. It’s been 5 days with no updates, I called and they say they dont give tracking numbers or information to customers.. I went into store and they said was being delivered from their warehouse but couldn’t give me any more info, the staff even said their new system was impractical..no emails, no updates in the app, no details through phone or staff, no tv lol. 5 days later, again I could have ordered click and collect today and received this arvo but my order from 5 days ago still isn’t processed. Worst online ordering service, misleading about stock, no communication, prioritising new store sales over prepaid click and collects.”

We went inside to the warehouse stationary counter to return it and the customer service girl asked us to go to refund counter. When we went to that counter, Ninder rudely asked us to go to another counter. We waited for more than 10 minutes at the other counter because Kristel had put the sign “ this counter is closed” as she was doing her work. When we asked Kristel and another guy to please assist us because we are getting late for an appointment, the guy next to Kristel refused to assist us. After 5 minutes, Kristel asked Ninder again to help us. When Ninder saw me frustrated, she threw the photo frame on the counter and refused to assist us. Worst customer service experience ever.”

I’ve always been an ardent fan of The Warehouse and its excellent wide variety of goods, including grocery, and good pricesand have spent a huge amount of money there but am tempted to spend at KMart now and on line companies like Dick Smith and supermarkets”
