I've done the right thing and booked day and time.. 20 mins still waiting. There us such a long line of people waiting. What went wrong.. you are the best ones to answer this question??

F*****g useless. The warehouse has my money. I don't have my item. Business 101 is a transaction. I have fulfilled my part of the transaction. The warehouse has not. In law that is liability. When you get to a store, they take 30-40 minutes to dispatch. BOYCOTT THEM ALL. ALL STORES. siMPLE. Simple. Take number. Get item, Hand over item. They cant even manage that.F*****g useless. T

Click and collect. It's so badly organised. Got the email to confirm it was ready. Clicked on the link to confirm I was on the way, then waited for 1hr and 45min and still not got my order. By then it was 8:00 and they closed the shop. Went again the next day and stood out in the cold for over 1 hour until I finally got my order. Many people waited and about every half hour the staff would bring out one order. Why is it so badly organised? Including travelling I wasted over 3 hours in total. That really is a bad experience. Website said item was in stock. It wasn't, they take your payment then say technical difficulties when you ask why it showed as being available. Cancelled order. They then send an email asking to review product I never received. Replied with an honest review , only to have a response from the moderators to say that it won't be published. Do not purchase from the Warehouse online. Service is pathetic and to say stock is available when it isn't is false advertising.

Bought item for click and collect ,website says collect it by 3 pm same day ,unfortunately nothing happened for two days ,visited store and youngesters working there have no idea where goods are ,later on they mentikned it hasnt arrived and ogfted me track and trace number ....on top of that no proper mangement by team for level 3 click and collect ...they were not able to manage customers outside the store ....2 m distance was no where .....its the job of theanager to make proper arrangements .....and it wasnt done at all ....this 3 months lockdown is ruining the warehouse customer base ...

I ordered a Trampoline for click and collect at Albany and still waiting for it to be ready. It is now 13 working days since I ordered and STILL waiting. The app is useless and I'm tired of reading "processing"!! The trampoline has been delivered to Albany store 2 weeks ago (after I got in contact with customer care - redonline) but is sitting in the store unattended. I called the store several times - no answer. I called customer care and they cant help. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with the service I'm getting. It makes my experience shopping online not even worth a 1 star!!

I ordered before lockdown and collected from botany Auckland, got home to discover was the wrong colour, returned it the next day and she took it, didn’t mark my receipt or give me any documentation, but told me she’d marked it as returned and they’d be in contact, lockdown happened and now with collect available, my order has been marked complete, so I have no valance and I’m out of pocket $39 and had no response from my call yesterday. NEVER AGAIN

Online order said ready next day by 3pm. Called the store no answer, called the 0800 number and wait time was 1hour. Got email at 11pm saying order had been delayed. Emailed and auto reply was 6-10 days before they got back to me. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went into the New Plymouth store,asked a young girl in the entertainment area if they replace watch battery,she said yes and sent me to customer services,lined up and waited in queue to be told no they don’t,Abit of waste of time,maybe staff need to have more knowledge.

Ordered TV 6 weeks ago and received nothing but excuses and error after error. I have no idea why they have to go through the fulfilment centre (100’s of kms away) to source products that another close branch has. I’m right back at the start where they have only just ordered my product ffs. Simply incompetent staff who have no idea what they are doing. Another problem is the local branches not receiving phone calls results in complete communication & co-ordination failure.

The worst online service in NZ history LMFAO. DO NOT purchase anything with this company, It'll show you the items are available in store, but then I get an email saying they're trying to locate the items I've paid for, then when I email the customer care team, I'm told it's a system failure like WTF! There was NO system failure when my money was taken, clearly showed that payment was successful. Noel Leeming's online service 'click and collect' took only 2 days. I ordered my kid's chromebooks on the 21st October 2021 and I'm still waiting. This is wrong to trick customers by showing that items are available in store, but really it's not available in the store of your choice. Now they're looking for the items I've paid for at other stores around the country. Don't ever purchase anything online with the warehouse ever again.

Ordered 1 item from the Warehouse on the 21st October, it's now 25th October and I still do not have my item. The Warehouse is false advertising on the TV , click and collect the same day if order is in by 3pm. This is not true!! Not happy with the service.

I have been waiting for my order for 17 days, emailed 4 times no reply, called customer service waited 35min and was told my order still in progress. 2 days ago recieved an email ask me to review the product I purchased? How to review if you haven't even received an email to collect the order??? Not recommended The Warehouse NZ. Poor service ever. My first online ordering with The Warehouse and will be my last.

Over a week since I ordered an electric kettle on click and collect. Money deducted from my credit card with zero follow up. No one picks the phone at call centre. I received an automated reply to my email that someone will get in touch blah blah.

Only way to buy in Auckland is click 'n collect so easy, buy a can of paint. But three days later, no paint, no apology but quick enough to take the payment. If yo can't deliver then say so and I'll buy at Bunnings. If you aren't embarassed by the one stay reviews, you should be - and kick a few bottoms

The warehouse is the worst to buy online. 8 weeks later and we finally recieved our trampoline. Thought we would try the click and collect system as i am an expecting mother and needed some last minute baby belongings. 2 weeks down and still nothing. All items purchased were in stock at my selected branch. Website says free pick up next day after 3pm. I have called multiple times and been on hold for hours. Worst place to buy from online.

Order 1 arrived with an item missing - numerous emails but still haven't received the item. Order 2 (a freezer) arrived damaged - again numerous emails and finally a phone call - but still nothing done. Well over a month for these queries. Dont try to call them unless you have a few hours to spare. I would never buy online again from them.
