“Went to Motueka Nelson on sunday20th the service was real bad lines people one operator because they closed one lane customer having problem had to say for goodness sake open another lane get your stuff together over there you guysdrkstratfo”

“You didnt make me happy.... When ordering on line your photo's and pictures are absolutely useless... How do you pick pattern curtains if you can't see the patterns.. If there's a slightly ok picture it's so far away it's still useless..”

“purchased a childs toy as click and collect. There were 3 different varieties with the same bar code but nowhere for me to choose which one of the 3 my grandson wanted. I was told that i just had to accept whatever one I was given!! Pretty poor when I'm The customer paying upwards of $70 for an item I can't choose. Service is abysmal!!”

“I was shopping in your Northlands Christchurch store today, and could not find any hand sanitzer for customers to use or any antibacterial wipes to clean trolly handles . Under the current situation with CORONAVIRUS , iwould have thought this would be available as part of your health and saftey policy. The only thing i can take from this situation is that you do not care about protecting your staff or customers.”

“They are the general go to shop, as they sell most items in Nz, Similar in that sense to Argos in the UK? However their internet site is poor, as descriptions are almost none existent, and having to pay to get your goods delivered to their store , is a joke. That is called the cost of business.”
