I paid for a TV using click an collect after hours, website said it was in stock with a 1-4 day wait. I could have ordered click and collect the next day and picked up same day but I received no updates. It’s been 5 days with no updates, I called and they say they dont give tracking numbers or information to customers.. I went into store and they said was being delivered from their warehouse but couldn’t give me any more info, the staff even said their new system was impractical..no emails, no updates in the app, no details through phone or staff, no tv lol. 5 days later, again I could have ordered click and collect today and received this arvo but my order from 5 days ago still isn’t processed. Worst online ordering service, misleading about stock, no communication, prioritising new store sales over prepaid click and collects.

I have placed online order for $199 and cancelled in few hours but, it's been 3 days I haven't yet received any information not even refund. Poor online customer service. Scared to order bulk amount.

I placed an online order through The Warehouse app, however I still haven’t received the item. I have sent several emails asking for an update, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response so far. This lack of communication is disappointing, as I expected better customer service. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Staff keeping an eye out of the self check out tills not that honest. You accidentally leave something behind and they won’t bother letting you know. They pick it up and probably put back for sale again.

Absolutely Disgusted I went to the Warehouse in Rolleston at about 9am 27/12/2025 this morning to get some photos print from my phone I asked the Lady behind the counter for some help I think her name tag said Ella or something as it was hard to read she was the only one on she rudely said have I used one before I said No she said easy just push start and follow directions which I did but still nothing really happened each time I asked for abit of help she huff and came over I explained that I am not up with Technology finally we move to the machine next door a used a USB cable I found her Attitude pretty Disgusting for the Warehouse This is Basically what happened I look forward to your response on this

We visited your Silverdale store to by a $200 + item this weekend just gone. At the front of the store you had a presentation to former PM Adern . This was proudly showing her toxic book. This is our last visit to you. Your support of her removed our support for you and all your businesses.

We went to Takanini The Warehouse today. We bought a photo frame and bought a print out and after sitting in the car, we realised that it is not the right size. We went inside to the warehouse stationary counter to return it and the customer service girl asked us to go to refund counter. When we went to that counter, Ninder rudely asked us to go to another counter. We waited for more than 10 minutes at the other counter because Kristel had put the sign “ this counter is closed” as she was doing her work. When we asked Kristel and another guy to please assist us because we are getting late for an appointment, the guy next to Kristel refused to assist us. After 5 minutes, Kristel asked Ninder again to help us. When Ninder saw me frustrated, she threw the photo frame on the counter and refused to assist us. Worst customer service experience ever.

Never received order, after 40 days got notice it was delivered. Not received, will never recommend using this site. Live and learn, don’t use it😡😡

I ordered a couple things from Amazon and I still haven't received any of my packages I won't buy anything else from them and I will be turning them in to BETTER BUSINESS AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND POSTING IT AS WELL

I did a click and collect order, went into store and gave my order number, got box and I said oh that looks small but got told it gets packaged really well at central so everyone says that…. This was on Monday 23rd Dec. Then when wrapping presents realised half the order was missing on Xmas Eve. Went back on Boxing Day and waited for a while to receive another box, oh but there was still stuff missing… 3 more bags later and finally got full order. Customer service is appalling! Really disappointing!! No apology, no nothing!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered an outfit that was really expensive and they kept sending me the wrong things and told me to keep the items instead of sending me what I wanted in different sizes that I could not wear by the way. Since I purchased the items through Afterpay, I could not get refunded so BEWARE! They are a bunch of scammers.

Warehouse Whangarei has to be one of the worst run businesses EVER. Staff is only to find at the checkout and has no interest in helping . Cash tilt ( although having 4) are hardly ever manned. If they are ,they tell you the amount but you don't see it on screen ( legal ?!? doubtfull...) . There is is very good reason why this huge building is deserted of customers....

I wish I had known about the deplorable customer service for which The Warehouse is known before I stepped foot in their stores. I purchased some gummy collagen vitamins that were so hard they were inedible. They were harder than the rubber legs on my tripod. They were as hard as the rubber soles on my sneakers. They were also expensive, so I took them back and asked for a refund. The manager at the Porirua store told me they don't do refunds on "food items" because they don't know what I did to it and they can't resell it. What in the hell? First off, what could I possibly have done to vitamins to make them that hard and worthless? Second, why would they want to resell something that's obviously defective? They could not point to any printed return policy stating they do not honor refunds on their worthless items. They just refused to refund my money. I was glad I requested the refund before I started shopping because they just saved me a couple hundred dollars on that same trip as I left immediately, leaving items in my trolley right there at the register. I will NEVER shop at this sorry excuse of a business again.

3 weeks have gone by still Waiting on a paid item which wasn't in store I was convinced that they will order my item and finally be one of many happy customers No no not truly disappointed So I will go and get my money back I have treasured my receipts Just incase So hope they get there beep beep beep together Thinking will I have to fight for my money Reviews look rather grim
