“Purchased and paid for a freezer on 19th Nov. Item not received. Got email asking me to rate product. Phoned warehouse spent 40min on phone only to be told if I do not receive next week to call them back. Yea right.

TV purchased online 25/10/21. Money taken that day today is 18/11/21 and no TV, No timeframe for delivery, no explanations and you can only communicate with them through their facebook page. Click and collect ordered a TV on 25 Oct. Finally on the 11 Nov they email to say they cant find the product yet it's up on their website for $10 less than I payed. Thinking of having a word with Visa about refund and not processing payments.

Without customers, your staff would be hard pushed for any employer to take them on.
Scenario 1.
Check online, see a product is in stock, drive there to purchase .. simple? No, apparently not.
Get there - it’s nowhere to be seen. Spend 20 minutes up and down aisles looking - no staff around to ask.
Finally see staff member - YAY!
Shrugs, aw .. I dunno .. ??????
What??? I say ...
I dunno, it’s probably sold out.
Can you look?
No, I’m busy. You’ll have to find another staff member - walks off.
Old school me would have spent a moment going over her responses with her - but not wanting to be escorted from shop by cops, I left.
Scenario 2.
I’ll order online - click and collect. Easy right? I’ll avoid possibility of mindless dealings with ignorant staff members.
Wrong .. again.

Drive to store, park, wander in.
Here’s your order ... UM NO .. that’s not my order.
Aw .. hang on.
15 minutes later - we don’t have it in stock. Try again in a week.
WAIT - it is in stock. It says it’s here. I ordered it.
Aw .. yeah it says it is, but I don’t know where it is. It’s not on the shelves and I think it’s on a pallet out the back.They’re not opening that till next week, so you’ll have to come back then!????!!!!

NEVER received an email telling to come and pick it up. Telephone calls are completely useless. Waited thirty minutes without any reply. I shall never use the warehouse online "service" again.”

“Click and collect.
It's so badly organised. Got the email to confirm it was ready. Clicked on the link to confirm I was on the way, then waited for 1hr and 45min and still not got my order. By then it was 8:00 and they closed the shop.
Went again the next day and stood out in the cold for over 1 hour until I finally got my order. Many people waited and about every half hour the staff would bring out one order. Why is it so badly organised? Including travelling I wasted over 3 hours in total. That really is a bad experience.

“Website said item was in stock. It wasn't, they take your payment then say technical difficulties when you ask why it showed as being available. Cancelled order. They then send an email asking to review product I never received. Replied with an honest review , only to have a response from the moderators to say that it won't be published. Do not purchase from the Warehouse online. Service is pathetic and to say stock is available when it isn't is false advertising.”
“Bought item for click and collect ,website says collect it by 3 pm same day ,unfortunately nothing happened for two days ,visited store and youngesters working there have no idea where goods are ,later on they mentikned it hasnt arrived and ogfted me track and trace number ....on top of that no proper mangement by team for level 3 click and collect ...they were not able to manage customers outside the store ....2 m distance was no where .....its the job of theanager to make proper arrangements .....and it wasnt done at all ....this 3 months lockdown is ruining the warehouse customer base ...”
“I ordered a Trampoline for click and collect at Albany and still waiting for it to be ready. It is now 13 working days since I ordered and STILL waiting. The app is useless and I'm tired of reading "processing"!! The trampoline has been delivered to Albany store 2 weeks ago (after I got in contact with customer care - redonline) but is sitting in the store unattended. I called the store several times - no answer. I called customer care and they cant help. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with the service I'm getting. It makes my experience shopping online not even worth a 1 star!!”
“I ordered before lockdown and collected from botany Auckland, got home to discover was the wrong colour, returned it the next day and she took it, didn’t mark my receipt or give me any documentation, but told me she’d marked it as returned and they’d be in contact, lockdown happened and now with collect available, my order has been marked complete, so I have no valance and I’m out of pocket $39 and had no response from my call yesterday. NEVER AGAIN”
