I ordered before lockdown and collected from botany Auckland, got home to discover was the wrong colour, returned it the next day and she took it, didn’t mark my receipt or give me any documentation, but told me she’d marked it as returned and they’d be in contact, lockdown happened and now with collect available, my order has been marked complete, so I have no valance and I’m out of pocket $39 and had no response from my call yesterday. NEVER AGAIN

Online order said ready next day by 3pm. Called the store no answer, called the 0800 number and wait time was 1hour. Got email at 11pm saying order had been delayed. Emailed and auto reply was 6-10 days before they got back to me. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went into the New Plymouth store,asked a young girl in the entertainment area if they replace watch battery,she said yes and sent me to customer services,lined up and waited in queue to be told no they don’t,Abit of waste of time,maybe staff need to have more knowledge.

Ordered TV 6 weeks ago and received nothing but excuses and error after error. I have no idea why they have to go through the fulfilment centre (100’s of kms away) to source products that another close branch has. I’m right back at the start where they have only just ordered my product ffs. Simply incompetent staff who have no idea what they are doing. Another problem is the local branches not receiving phone calls results in complete communication & co-ordination failure.

The worst online service in NZ history LMFAO. DO NOT purchase anything with this company, It'll show you the items are available in store, but then I get an email saying they're trying to locate the items I've paid for, then when I email the customer care team, I'm told it's a system failure like WTF! There was NO system failure when my money was taken, clearly showed that payment was successful. Noel Leeming's online service 'click and collect' took only 2 days. I ordered my kid's chromebooks on the 21st October 2021 and I'm still waiting. This is wrong to trick customers by showing that items are available in store, but really it's not available in the store of your choice. Now they're looking for the items I've paid for at other stores around the country. Don't ever purchase anything online with the warehouse ever again.

Sold a faulty item, now store won't give me a refund. Customer service and communication is very poor. Won't be returning as a shopper

Ordered 1 item from the Warehouse on the 21st October, it's now 25th October and I still do not have my item. The Warehouse is false advertising on the TV , click and collect the same day if order is in by 3pm. This is not true!! Not happy with the service.

I have been waiting for my order for 17 days, emailed 4 times no reply, called customer service waited 35min and was told my order still in progress. 2 days ago recieved an email ask me to review the product I purchased? How to review if you haven't even received an email to collect the order??? Not recommended The Warehouse NZ. Poor service ever. My first online ordering with The Warehouse and will be my last.

Over a week since I ordered an electric kettle on click and collect. Money deducted from my credit card with zero follow up. No one picks the phone at call centre. I received an automated reply to my email that someone will get in touch blah blah.

Only way to buy in Auckland is click 'n collect so easy, buy a can of paint. But three days later, no paint, no apology but quick enough to take the payment. If yo can't deliver then say so and I'll buy at Bunnings. If you aren't embarassed by the one stay reviews, you should be - and kick a few bottoms

The warehouse is the worst to buy online. 8 weeks later and we finally recieved our trampoline. Thought we would try the click and collect system as i am an expecting mother and needed some last minute baby belongings. 2 weeks down and still nothing. All items purchased were in stock at my selected branch. Website says free pick up next day after 3pm. I have called multiple times and been on hold for hours. Worst place to buy from online.

Order 1 arrived with an item missing - numerous emails but still haven't received the item. Order 2 (a freezer) arrived damaged - again numerous emails and finally a phone call - but still nothing done. Well over a month for these queries. Dont try to call them unless you have a few hours to spare. I would never buy online again from them.

Don't ever order online from this crowd. Worst customer service ever. Dealt with a clown called George at the St Lukes Branch who claimed to be the Supervisor, he has no customer service ethic, condescending as hell. I'll support Kmart anyday. The warehouse service like their products are inferior to say the least. Lodged a complaint to their head office but, not holding my breath that someone will bother getting back to me.

Ordered drawers online as they didn’t have the ones wanted in stock at store was sent wrong drawers that I could have got in store, have called them emailed a number of times and they just ignore emails after saying they would sort it out on phone. Absolutely the worst service. Never order online at the warehouse unless you want a headache and the wrong item. So unprofessional and rude.

Autistic son was having a meltdown in the warehouse for a lollie I wanted to pay at the reception so he would be quiet and we could carry on shopping but she didn't want to help me. Told me to go through the check out like everyone else

Terrible Terrible…. Have emailed them so much and still no response. I ordered something about 4 weeks ago and till this day I haven’t gotten a updated. Or where it is.

These guys are pretty bad. There website is designed so you don't call them on the phone. The communications is atrocious. Ordered online from Kmart who contacted me back on the same day with pick up the day after. It's been a week I haven't heard jack from these clowns. At least send an update or something.

The worst experience ever and total waste of time. I waited for my order 3 weeks. Within this 3 weeks I called them 3 times and each they just had one answer that the my order is on its way but never arrived so finally asked for my refund which I have to wait God knows how long. Very poor communication and service. I will never ever purchase any thing from the warehouse and will share my experience in social media so others know and they don't waste their money and time.
