I have been going to the rotorua warehouse since it was opened in 1982 .all the staff are very nice I am very honest that is my best point . I am sure I have been in there at least 8400 times . I have been doing retail work for many years. The problem I have is the idiot security guards . I was getting insults from them the boss came from auckand and fired 4 of them. I was with a friend She is a church lady and an idiot security guard christied her she had tears in her eyes. I got the Idiot fired . A couple of months ago a security guard took a photo of me from a distance and said I am not sure about him . That idiot should be fired . Last week a security guard asked to look in My bag . That is OK But when the rotorua warehouse is busy and customers are looking at you that could be ruing my very good repution And a minor thing with the security guard yesterday . 5 stars are important to the warehouse I am going to complain about my treatment with the security guards and write to different warehouses Telling what happened and give them one star each I did that in the past I have spent thousands of dollars at the rotorua warehouse I should be respected I am a 71 year old man

How many of your four and five star reviews are put in by your PR company. They all seem to have a similar style

Step up your game, if your staff, team are unhappy it comes back to bad management, sort yourself out.

why is the warehouse going to stop selling dvds not everybody has nexfick so why fix something if ist not broken leave the DVDs stop thinking of yourselves your customers keep you in a job

I ordered 2 carseats almost a month ago and I haven't gotten them or received an email that they've been sent. I just wanted to know what was going on.
