I see online they stated they weren't other comments said they were
Noel leeming and the warehouse plus other stores they have.
They are shocking/lack the ability to sort out issues. The reviews on these stores say it all..
They hide away behind their gates. Untrained staff at noel leeming they stand and chat on their cell phone or each other instead of helping customers.
Tech services is appalling they don't know what they are doing.
Hope the commerce commission and others alike keep on monitoring them and slap them with fines. Such a good service”

She did tell me there was no way for her to know who called from the main number, which I completely understand, but the tone of her voice was very stern and demeaning, I had to cut the call short and hang up. I only just returned a call! There is definitely a better way of saying things. She sounded like she's not happy with her job at all. Maybe spend more time training your staff about proper customer service.”

“I bought this bike about a month ago from Northland Wearhouse.
The bike was pretty good. I'm not a bike person but I actually liked the bike but the service was really bad, so I had to refund the bike.
I left my bike to the service at Northland Warehouse, actually I could have just turned the screw of Derailleur but I was trying to move Derailleur itself so anyway I took it back.
I left my bike key with the bike. I didn't think anybody at the warehouse would steel it.
A girl dealt with me lost my bike key, did not even say sorry just saying “key wasn’t there” I said am I lying then? Talked me like I am lying, did not listen to me at all. They did not even try to find it. And the girl said she took a picture of the bike but did not even show me just refund me. I said what about assembly fee she said “we are not gonna refund you $19 Assembly fee” So I just give $19 to warehouse for nothing and lost $22 new key for doing service at Northland Warehouse. Really no apologize Very bad attitude And the bike had black stain all over the bike after the service. When you do the service at Warehouse Northland be careful.
I'm not going back there again see my picture bike with the key. Will pay little more for the bike.”
“Purchased a handbag. Broke due to manufacturing fault after 2.5 months. Because it was outside their 60 day policy the staff and manager wouldn’t refund. However this is in breach of the consumer guarantees act which states an item should last a reasonable time. They think their policies overrule the law.”

“Went to look for plants today and was horrified at what greeted me in the garden department! 80% of the plants were either wilted, dying or already dead. No moisture in any plants, even the concrete was dry! As for the sales table.... Talk about buying dirt in a pot. How are you able to charge $10 for a plant that not even the most greenest of fingers could save. Such a depressing area to walk into. Please please please do something”

Very Disappointing
I usually buy most of my consumables from the warehouse, however this purchase was very disappointing. After having the bike professionally assembled the very low quality was made very clear. When using the front brakes, the forks literally flex backwards, the frame is very flimsy, it is not even close to the frame size it says it is. The selectors are so cheap I will be surprised if they last a 6 months and over all the brakes are inadequate. I wouldn't reccomend this bike, especially for an adult. I'm not even sure if I will ride it as it's quality makes it unsafe to do so.. wasted purchase and will be considering other shops for other purchases as the customer service was zero when expressing my concerns.”
“Liars and fraudulent! Purchased items. Claimed to be sent out. Blamed courier company. Tried to pass it off as a police matter. Come to find they never fur filled my order. Promised a reshipment. 2 weeks go by no communication. By now I have had enough and I want my money back. Had the audacity to give me less monies as the item is now on sale.”
