“Went to the Warehouse today. Lilly went out of her way to help me. She stopped cleaning wet on the floor. She was just amazing. We need more people like Lilly in our world and is glad she is at our Warehouse in Albany. Think the Warehouse will not be the same without her. Thank you Lilly. You are a star in the dark.”

“Warehouse Invercargill 21/06/2024, 10:00, Stationery Dept, assistant Nate. I bought a replacement Android phone, which I asked to be 'set up.' This was more complicated than expected due to Samsung's protocols. Nate showed endless patience and technical knowledge combined with a good sense of humour. He exceeded my expectations (I would not have received such service from a competitor). Thank you.”

“I came into the Manukau Warehouse today and wanted to pay for my purchases with a Bonfire card. The self-service checkout would not accept my Bonfire card and I asked an attendant for help. She was excellent. She tried different ways to make it work and then got another colleague to also help. Eventually we realised that we need to scratch off the pin number and the female attendant manage to do this which was not easy. I want to commend their service and their helpfulness.”

“I wish I had known about the deplorable customer service for which The Warehouse is known before I stepped foot in their stores. I purchased some gummy collagen vitamins that were so hard they were inedible. They were harder than the rubber legs on my tripod. They were as hard as the rubber soles on my sneakers. They were also expensive, so I took them back and asked for a refund. The manager at the Porirua store told me they don't do refunds on "food items" because they don't know what I did to it and they can't resell it. What in the hell? First off, what could I possibly have done to vitamins to make them that hard and worthless? Second, why would they want to resell something that's obviously defective? They could not point to any printed return policy stating they do not honor refunds on their worthless items. They just refused to refund my money. I was glad I requested the refund before I started shopping because they just saved me a couple hundred dollars on that same trip as I left immediately, leaving items in my trolley right there at the register. I will NEVER shop at this sorry excuse of a business again.”

“3 weeks have gone by still Waiting on a paid item which wasn't in store I was convinced that they will order my item and finally be one of many happy customers No no not truly disappointed So I will go and get my money back I have treasured my receipts Just incase So hope they get there beep beep beep together Thinking will I have to fight for my money Reviews look rather grim”

“Was a long time warehouse employee. 14 years. Always thought highly of the company till lately. Selling caged chicken eggs. Disgusting!!!!!! Put yourself in the life of misery they have. I have hens and they are amazing and such personalities. No living creature deserves to be treated so badly. You suck. I now hate the warehouse. Money is all that matters. I thought Steven Tindall was a Paw Justice supporter not sure of that. Come on Steven get behind the banning of caged chickens instead of supporting it. My opinion of the warehouse is now down the drain.”

“I bought a bag of apples only to discover they were soft and brown on the inside. Not good enough. if you are going to stock fruit, please make sure it is fresh and not only suitable to throw in the scrap bin. most disappointing. Will not be buying apples again from The Warehouse.”

“You didnt make me happy.... When ordering on line your photo's and pictures are absolutely useless... How do you pick pattern curtains if you can't see the patterns.. If there's a slightly ok picture it's so far away it's still useless..”

“Totally disgusted. You have charged me $20.76c to deliver two items. A dogs bed and a stainless steel drink bottle. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! The delivery cost was almost as much as the dog bed.”

“Warehouse Stationery Takanin closed down and now there are 14 people in the queue and a 20 mon wait at the Warehouse. Not good enough. You could at least provide seating and refreshments !!!!!”

“Easter bunny giveaways have gone from a decent sized 4 dollar choccy bunny with different flavours in recent years to a small milk chocolate one worth 1 dollar something. Also have 2 children where in past years could get one each for them but now only one per family.... Really Disappointing and frankly despicable behavior from the warehouse this year.”

“Very bad quality! Bought tea towels and washed them as directed. What came out of the washing machine was almost half of the original dimensions and looked horrible. Is very bad quality. I would certainly not recommend buying them. Had to go back to the store to get my money back. There wasn't even an excuse for my bad experience and it's not the first time I had to return something because of the poor quality. I'm not sure what's happening at The Warehouse. I used to buy a lot there, but the quality of many products has gone down from pretty good to really bad. I'm going elsewhere.”

“Went to The Warehouse in Sylvia Park today at about 1:00 pm. Wanted to buy a Warehouse gift card for a friend. None of the normal checkouts were open, so I went to the self checkout section where there was a young male on duty. I stood around waiting for him to finish activating some form of credit card while he ignored me. Eventually I said, “Am I going to stand here for a hundred years until you help me?” He replied, “You’re welcome to stand there.” I promptly discarded the other goods I was going to buy, on the counter and walked out. Extremely rude!! I will buy a gift card for my friend somewhere else and I will never shop at The Warehouse again. Appalling bad manners and service!”

“Still waiting for an order online for delivery. 4-6 business days for delivery is too long . It would have been quicker getting it shipped from Australia. Never again . The birthday has been missed .Fish Pond here I come .”
