“I ordered a couple things from Amazon and I still haven't received any of my packages I won't buy anything else from them and I will be turning them in to BETTER BUSINESS AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND POSTING IT AS WELL”
“I did a click and collect order, went into store and gave my order number, got box and I said oh that looks small but got told it gets packaged really well at central so everyone says that…. This was on Monday 23rd Dec. Then when wrapping presents realised half the order was missing on Xmas Eve. Went back on Boxing Day and waited for a while to receive another box, oh but there was still stuff missing… 3 more bags later and finally got full order. Customer service is appalling! Really disappointing!! No apology, no nothing!”
“If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered an outfit that was really expensive and they kept sending me the wrong things and told me to keep the items instead of sending me what I wanted in different sizes that I could not wear by the way. Since I purchased the items through Afterpay, I could not get refunded so BEWARE! They are a bunch of scammers.”
“Was extremely impressed with the immaculate condition the clothing area was in when I visited last night. Easy to find what i needed abd the lovely assistant I think her name was Maisey was pleasant and you could tell she took pride in what she was doing. Well done lady you're a credit to the Papanui branch keep smiling you're awesome.”
“Went to Motueka Nelson on sunday20th the service was real bad lines people one operator because they closed one lane customer having problem had to say for goodness sake open another lane get your stuff together over there you guysdrkstratfo”
“Yesterday i had the pleasure of witnessing one of the best customer service experiences for the first time in years at the Whangarei store.
Jahcze, was her name and she was ever so patient with a young mum who has mental health issues including physical tics and unsociable behaviours. She was loud and used profanity as well. Jahcze took her time and served with a smile.
I hope something lovely happens to make Jahcze see that she is appreciated.”
“Was disappointed by the lack of counters open to serve me. Waited more than 20mins. Unfortunately, I forgot that the store prefers you to serve yourself than provide human contact to make the shopping experience friendly.”
“I was at the pukekohe. Got 2 packs of tomatoes, my favourite went to self service counter, scanned but noticed that the counter had some liquid on it, told staff lady she said it must off been from last customer I picked up the packet of tomatoes and told her that the tomatoes had a rotten one in it and asked if I could go and get another packet she said yes rather bluntly. I went back to get another packet which there were only six left another rotten packet was really bad. Took it to the checkout lady wasn’t there so I told someone else that they need to check their stock so disappointed actually I buy these all the time and my daughter said to me that always like that mum which is true always have to throw some away. Lazy up here.”
“Warehouse Whangarei has to be one of the worst run businesses EVER. Staff is only to find at the checkout and has no interest in helping . Cash tilt ( although having 4) are hardly ever manned. If they are ,they tell you the amount but you don't see it on screen ( legal ?!? doubtfull...) . There is is very good reason why this huge building is deserted of customers....”
“Went to the Warehouse today. Lilly went out of her way to help me. She stopped cleaning wet on the floor. She was just amazing. We need more people like Lilly in our world and is glad she is at our Warehouse in Albany. Think the Warehouse will not be the same without her.
Thank you Lilly. You are a star in the dark.”
“Warehouse Invercargill 21/06/2024, 10:00, Stationery Dept, assistant Nate.
I bought a replacement Android phone, which I asked to be 'set up.' This was more complicated than expected due to Samsung's protocols. Nate showed endless patience and technical knowledge combined with a good sense of humour. He exceeded my expectations (I would not have received such service from a competitor). Thank you.”
“I came into the Manukau Warehouse today and wanted to pay for my purchases with a Bonfire card. The self-service checkout would not accept my Bonfire card and I asked an attendant for help. She was excellent. She tried different ways to make it work and then got another colleague to also help. Eventually we realised that we need to scratch off the pin number and the female attendant manage to do this which was not easy. I want to commend their service and their helpfulness.”
“I wish I had known about the deplorable customer service for which The Warehouse is known before I stepped foot in their stores. I purchased some gummy collagen vitamins that were so hard they were inedible. They were harder than the rubber legs on my tripod. They were as hard as the rubber soles on my sneakers. They were also expensive, so I took them back and asked for a refund. The manager at the Porirua store told me they don't do refunds on "food items" because they don't know what I did to it and they can't resell it. What in the hell? First off, what could I possibly have done to vitamins to make them that hard and worthless? Second, why would they want to resell something that's obviously defective? They could not point to any printed return policy stating they do not honor refunds on their worthless items. They just refused to refund my money. I was glad I requested the refund before I started shopping because they just saved me a couple hundred dollars on that same trip as I left immediately, leaving items in my trolley right there at the register. I will NEVER shop at this sorry excuse of a business again.”
“3 weeks have gone by still Waiting on a paid item which wasn't in store
I was convinced that they will order my item and finally be one of many happy customers
No no not truly disappointed
So I will go and get my money back I have treasured my receipts
Just incase
So hope they get there beep beep beep together
Thinking will I have to fight for my money
Reviews look rather grim”
