I came into the Manukau Warehouse today and wanted to pay for my purchases with a Bonfire card. The self-service checkout would not accept my Bonfire card and I asked an attendant for help. She was excellent. She tried different ways to make it work and then got another colleague to also help. Eventually we realised that we need to scratch off the pin number and the female attendant manage to do this which was not easy. I want to commend their service and their helpfulness.
