I bought a replacement Android phone, which I asked to be 'set up.' This was more complicated than expected due to Samsung's protocols. Nate showed endless patience and technical knowledge combined with a good sense of humour. He exceeded my expectations (I would not have received such service from a competitor). Thank you.
