“The customer service of this company is the worst ive ever known. I ordered a jumper and the day it was due to arrive the local courier rang and explained the van had been stolen along with all the contents ,this included my parcel snd neighbours parcels. My neighbours were soon refunded or supplied a replacement by other companies but not warehouse. I supplied them with the incident number given by the courier and clearly explained what had happened and asked them to contact evri to confirm, even supplying them with the phone number. Ive now sent dozens of emails which i usually get an automated response then 24 hours later i get a reply saying i need to give courier another 48 hours to allow delivery. Ive explained and explained that delivery isnt going to happen unless the thief reforms himself and delivers it...i stand more chance of santa coming down my chimney with the parcel!!!. They are now asking me to wait 5 days to see if it arrives...i honestly cant believe it. Ive asked for details to escalate as there is no contact number but i think they are just messing around now.

“The service I have received from The Warehouse has been shocking (apart from one salesperson from the Hamilton City branch). I have had problems for several weeks now accessing the Market Ap for the discounts. I have been a member for over a year, but it still says that it is being set up. I have made 2 complaints with no response. I had a rude salesperson at the Base Warehouse. As someone who has worked in retail - the customer service is unacceptable. I had a missed call from the Warehouse Stationery, I rang back several times, but no one ever answered the phone. They never rang back. I wrote on the Warehouse Facebook page and after some backwards and forwards was told that the account was 'pending' and would be active in 24 to 48 hours. That was almost 4 days ago I wrote again and was told that it had gone to the Tech Team, I have heard nothing for almost 2 days. I am really annoyed; it should not be taking this long to sort out. I use other companies' apps with no problems at all. If this is not fixed by the 1st of December (Christmas Club Day) I will have no option but to close my Christmas Club and accounts with The Warehouse and the Market Club. K-mart has much better customer service.”

They are shocking/lack the ability to sort out issues. The reviews on these stores say it all..
They hide away behind their gates. Untrained staff at noel leeming they stand and chat on their cell phone or each other instead of helping customers.
Tech services is appalling they don't know what they are doing.
Hope the commerce commission and others alike keep on monitoring them and slap them with fines. Such a good service”

“Buyers be aware... bought a veon TV at the Thames Branch. TV did not last long, 2months in and the screen did not want to come on. Took it back and expected that the faulty TV would be replaced. But no they said it must go in to be repaired. It is already 3weeks and we have heard NOTHING from them. We also use the TV for our office screen so currently we have no TV and no screen. Rather buy TV and electronics somewhere else! Wish we did!

“I bought a 50inch veon TV from warehouse takanini which needed warranty replacment. At first it was a lot of going back and forth which was frustrating as the specific tv was not in stock, but after talking to the manager ,(Pritma) who was very understanding- we were able to resolve the issue and get a 55inch with a reasonable price difference to pay. Very happy with the end result.”

“Hi, I missed a call from 09 489 7000 and called back to know what it's for. I didn't appreciate the tone of the lady's voice from your reception so I hang up immediately. She did tell me there was no way for her to know who called from the main number, which I completely understand, but the tone of her voice was very stern and demeaning, I had to cut the call short and hang up. I only just returned a call! There is definitely a better way of saying things. She sounded like she's not happy with her job at all. Maybe spend more time training your staff about proper customer service.”
