i understand that in your Christmas ad, the little girl is being kind to the toy soldier, knocked over and abandoned in the rain, but Mr. Putin would LOVE the final result -- the angel, symbol of peace and love, tumbled off and replaced by the delighted soldier. Sadly, that may reflect the state of the world these days but it's hardly the message of Christmas

I visited the Richmond Warehouse early this evening. 6.21pm Wednesday the 9th November. I cannot believe how helpful the young lady was. She even helped me set up my market club on my app. I got an extra discount with it. Thank you special lady. I did nit get your name but you were wearing a black Covid mask. Bless you for your kindness I saved $31 from market place for your effort helping me set it up . I was visiting from Matamata

Terrible experience the market club app is a total scam discounts ate ment to be applied automatically never happened was a complete drama and a waste of my time and if you spend over a hundred dollars you get $10 off also never happened . SCAM BEWARE!!

The warehouse are using face recognition cameras placed on the walls You would not know they are cameras I see online they stated they weren't other comments said they were Noel leeming and the warehouse plus other stores they have. They are shocking/lack the ability to sort out issues. The reviews on these stores say it all.. They hide away behind their gates. Untrained staff at noel leeming they stand and chat on their cell phone or each other instead of helping customers. Tech services is appalling they don't know what they are doing. Hope the commerce commission and others alike keep on monitoring them and slap them with fines. Such a good service

First of all, whenever it says in stock or limited stock so I go there it is never there. Second, even if u dont use the makeup you dont get a refund. Do something about the first one

Failure to answer the phone. When someone answered the person see he would go and ask some one the phone then reverted back and nobody answered. Your staff lack courtesy, knowledge and how to deal with the public. In a word the service was abysmal.

Shocking customer service in Palmerston North Branch. I waited 10minutes after asking for assistance and no one came. Looked around for staff and only found one who said they couldn't help me. Had to ask at the front again and then wait for some to come assist.

Have just had the best shopping experience again at your Queenstown branch, - many thanks to Jodi today for going above & beyond helping my elderly mother with her furniture purchase. Any business is only as good as the people the customer deals with… Well done Jodi & many thanks for your kind, cool & awesome service! Give that girl a pay rise!!

Buyers be aware... bought a veon TV at the Thames Branch. TV did not last long, 2months in and the screen did not want to come on. Took it back and expected that the faulty TV would be replaced. But no they said it must go in to be repaired. It is already 3weeks and we have heard NOTHING from them. We also use the TV for our office screen so currently we have no TV and no screen. Rather buy TV and electronics somewhere else! Wish we did! Really unacceptable service!!

I bought a 50inch veon TV from warehouse takanini which needed warranty replacment. At first it was a lot of going back and forth which was frustrating as the specific tv was not in stock, but after talking to the manager ,(Pritma) who was very understanding- we were able to resolve the issue and get a 55inch with a reasonable price difference to pay. Very happy with the end result.

I bought the new Eli Saab perfume 'Girl of Now' 30ml online & chose Click & Collect for an extra $3. The perfume is fab, love the orange blossom & Vanilla notes. Very easy to order on line & arrived with 3-4 days. Thank you.

I have seen availability online late at night 5 times at the Glenfield Mall branch and arrived near opening time the following day to be told there is none in store. This is a complaint I am told of many locals. I suggest your team take a look at systems in place and sort that branch out. Not impressed.

Hi, I missed a call from 09 489 7000 and called back to know what it's for. I didn't appreciate the tone of the lady's voice from your reception so I hang up immediately. She did tell me there was no way for her to know who called from the main number, which I completely understand, but the tone of her voice was very stern and demeaning, I had to cut the call short and hang up. I only just returned a call! There is definitely a better way of saying things. She sounded like she's not happy with her job at all. Maybe spend more time training your staff about proper customer service.

The online shopping service is bad never again shopping online they ship your stuff individually or partly it's really annoying don't know why it's hard to send it all at once the delivery sucks it doesn't come when expected

The warehouse sent my item in a timely manner. However, I am really unhappy with their choice of courrier, appalling NZPost! A week later, after being told TWICE (on June 9 and June 13) that my parcel should arrive "today"; it's now June 14 and still no parcel. Customer has no choice in how parcel gets sent. NZPost has shocking reputation and online reviews and when you call to enquire, you don't get to speak to a human being. On 2 separate days I was told my item "has been picked by courrier" and they then hang up on you! That choice of courrier with such lousy couldn't care less 'service' reflects on The Warehouse customer care and service, hence only 2 stars.

I find the staff in this shop unfriendly and lacking in customer service. We were looking for a product instore today but couldn't see it on the shelf. The staff for that area acted as if it was a huge drama to actually show me rather than wave her arm saying "it's over there". The store is a cheap store with cheap staff who clearly don't want to be there. Most disappointed!!!!!
