Yesterday i had the pleasure of witnessing one of the best customer service experiences for the first time in years at the Whangarei store.
Jahcze, was her name and she was ever so patient with a young mum who has mental health issues including physical tics and unsociable behaviours. She was loud and used profanity as well. Jahcze took her time and served with a smile.
I hope something lovely happens to make Jahcze see that she is appreciated.
