The Pukehoke branch for customer service is horrible!!!! I will never return to any of your stores! I dont care if your cheaper by any amount. They're rude have an attitude problem essentially told me to f off and re sell my item on trade me or Facebook.... I returned my item th next day in the same condition as i purchased it with a receipt. I trued calling but no one was answering. Head office said I could return it. I left a formal complaint with the store manager but they have no back bone to return my calls. Avoid at all costs.
