I ordered a pack of Rio underwear several months ago, and recently they split along the band. I contacted the Warehouse, and within about 5 minutes of emailing them, I got a response that they will be sending out a new pack.
It's refreshing to see that some businesses still care about their customers. Highly recommend. Every time I have had an issue, they are quick to deal with it.
