Order 1 arrived with an item missing - numerous emails but still haven't received the item.
Order 2 (a freezer) arrived damaged - again numerous emails and finally a phone call - but still nothing done.
Well over a month for these queries.
Dont try to call them unless you have a few hours to spare.
I would never buy online again from them.
