Extremely slow delivery- not even within their own timeframes, and if the item is ever received it's the wrong thing. The customer service is also terrible, so slow you'd think there is only one customer service representative for the entire company.
It's hard to believe this company is in New Zealand. I highly recommend ordering with someone else, Kmart, Mighty Ape, even Ali Express is faster and has better customer service.
