Just unbelievable that you can't provide customer service. I've spent days "over a week " chasing my order, yesterday I requested to have my order cancelled.. Ive sent email upon email, and have received NO assistance from your team at alllll. Shows on my app, as on hold, and one item still processing.. second payment due tomorrow via zip .. I just want my order cancelled and refunded MY money. In sick of being on hold over the phone, and sent computer generated emails.. get your act together people. Its 2020, not 1820 .
