Placed order onlibe for tje Easter egg firesale. Paid and waited 2 weeks(10 workibg days) for comformation that was ready for click & collect.
Emailed them day 15...no reply..emailed day 16..no repky.
Gave up went into store..waited in the looong line to see if there.
It was...asked staff member how long it had been shelved and he said a week been there.
Extremely poor custoner service with to this day no repky to my email (not in spam) & this was my first snd LAST time online purchasr with this company.
HOPELESS!!
