I recommend not using click and collect. It’s been nearly a month since I placed my order and I have received no communication from them even though I have sent numerous emails. I fully understand with covid19 there are delays but you need to communicate this to customers who have placed orders. I have emailed asking for a refund as I have since bought what I needed at another store. I’m still waiting for my refund. No other major companies are having these big delays so there is no excuse.
