This is not a firm that plays games. If they say something chances are they’ll follow through with it. I’ve had many awful experiences with firms that say but don’t do. Finally, months ago I came across this firm, and I have seen many differences. The account managers at this firm are helpful and caring. They give it their all and are interested to hear what you say. They’re not necessarily trying to sell you right away but they see where you come from and what your final goals are in order to guide you there. My account manager Daniel Martin has provided me with just the help I needed. Not too convincing but genuinely cares to get me to my goal. A great firm for the average trader, I’m quite satisfied.
