We signed a contract with Weblogy to develop our app. They were a bit aggressive asking for money but the contract had us comfortable enough to wire over $10,000. Three weeks later they asked for an additional $10,000 for a server. We had a contract for that basically saying what we were buying. We were starting to see a pretty good outline of our app via a company Bytrix which Weblogy had outsourced our project to. Bytrix was great but you could tell there were communication issues between weblogy and bytrix. Bytrix that was doing all the work on our app was clearly getting screwed over. I had asked if they put our app on our server… they didn’t know we had a server. Here’s where weblogy starts to flake. I start asking about progress and our server. They kept dodging us. I’m 1000% positive they took our second $10,000 payment and ran. There is no server. Do not trust Nathan Goodwill.
