Then, for the first time EVER, I was asked for the password to my existing website! Are you kidding? Next, the designer, Nathan, will PUSH-PUSH- PUSH you to sign up for their "Dedicated Server Contract" at a mere $3,200. for 3 years, payable upfront in full! They were also going to change my web provider. Keep in mind their initial ad is for Website Design only! I was fortunate to bail before the crooks got my money. Nathans' reply to me was "I don't understand the process or technicalities"! However, I can recognize a scam! If you decide to go with them, read their refund policy FIRST! A refund policy such as theirs does not need to be this long if you're dealing with a reputable company.”
“These individuals are engaging in fraudulent activities! It is advisable to avoid them at all costs. They have caused me significant distress for the past 8 months, resulting in a loss of $8,800. On numerous occasions, they demanded additional funds, and once I was even threatened that they would not launch my website unless I paid $7,000 for a patent. Despite their promises, they have failed to deliver a functional website. These scammers operate multiple websites to deceive innocent people and steal their money. They are also associated with a fraudulent website called The Vox Web Studios. To further expose their deceitful practices, my developer accidentally emailed me from a vox web studios email address. I have already made full payment to them, yet they are unable to meet my requirements. Their understanding of website development is limited to providing login credentials for a basic administrative panel. It is clear that they lack the necessary skills and experience. I initially hired them in February, and only recently did I get the chance to view the website, which turned out to be a total disaster! Additionally, my developer occasionally dropped his accent, leading to confusion about who I was actually speaking to. "I have already reported this matter to the police, and I intend to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and the hosting provider, Namecheap. It is important to note that their positive reviews are inauthentic, and despite their claims of no association with The Vox Web Studios, they share the same physical address in California. I strongly advise avoiding them.”
“We signed a contract with Weblogy to develop our app. They were a bit aggressive asking for money but the contract had us comfortable enough to wire over $10,000. Three weeks later they asked for an additional $10,000 for a server. We had a contract for that basically saying what we were buying. We were starting to see a pretty good outline of our app via a company Bytrix which Weblogy had outsourced our project to. Bytrix was great but you could tell there were communication issues between weblogy and bytrix. Bytrix that was doing all the work on our app was clearly getting screwed over. I had asked if they put our app on our server… they didn’t know we had a server. Here’s where weblogy starts to flake. I start asking about progress and our server. They kept dodging us. I’m 1000% positive they took our second $10,000 payment and ran. There is no server. Do not trust Nathan Goodwill.”
