I've been using The Wool Factory for a little over a month now. I buy my Rico cotton yarn for my amigurumi dolls from them and it's just perfect! I've had simple queries regarding my orders and their replies are quick and helpful. I received my deliveries in less than a week, the last one came quicker than I expected!
