DO NOT BUY from this company, they are complete and utter con artists! If I could give Zero stars I would! I bought a ‘recirculating cookology downdraft extractor fan with extra carbon filter’ only to find out that it doesn’t recirculate at all, after 4 weeks of chasing and hardly any response I was told to ‘block the hole with a sponge’… or ‘let the grease circulate in the cupboard underneath in your new kitchen’ I would avoid using this company at all costs, I now have to replace the item at my own cost as well as buy a new breakfast bar worktop. I hope that no one uses this unprofessional company and suffers the same money loss and time waste I have! No wonder even the good reviews are about taking back faulty goods!
