Delivered an under counter fridge freezer to me . The item was for my new house . Unpacked for the first time yesterday, a month later because the house is now ready . Big dent in the item ( cookology ) this must have been identified during QC checks , the item was well packaged so the damage did not occur during transit , very poor . Having read their reviews it appears that contacting them is pointless . AVOID at all costs .
