I purchased a cookology wine cooler in sept 20 which I did not plug in till December I noticed it was not cold enough so went through the instructions again , I sent an email to cookology who have never replied I then called them and was told To go back to supplier which I did and was told to check various things which I did , when I got back in touch I was told it was out of warranty umm it’s only July not sept still battling them been to trading standards , as the goods have never worked as described I should expect a repair and if not possible a replacement so let’s wait and see will keep you posted.
