I ordered 2 QUEEN sets which include 2 top sheets, two fitted sheets and two pillowcases. Both the top sheets and the pillowcases are way too big. The top sheets hang down to the floor and make it very uncomfortable. The pillowcases are huge and look like ones that are made to fit extra large king pillowcases. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE WRITTEN YOUR "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND I'VE NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPLY.
