Thomas Lee Sheets feel different because they are different. They’re thoughtfully made, held to high standards, and sheets that not only feel great, they’re sheets you can feel great about buying.
“I did a lot of research before buying these sheets. I had stayed in really nice hotels and loved that crisp crinkle feel of quality sheets that had that heft, crisp, cool feel. I searched and search for shears that offered that, well here they are! These are amazing sheets that make getting into bed an extravagant event! I LOVE THEM! I don’t ever write reviews, but I have to let the people know, you have found quality in Thomas Lee. (Not a paid review, I’m literally sitting here drinking a beer wanting to go to bed lol)”
“I’m extremely disappointed with the product and moreover, the customer service. I ordered 2 sets of 500TC Percale sheets and two additional sets of pillowcases in WHITE. What I received were white pillowcases and off-white or ivory sheets that are supposedly white... but they’re not. I also found the sheets to be thinner than I’d expect of 500TC percale sheets, I possibly could’ve lived with that if they were white and not mismatched. I have plenty photos I took.
I was told I’d receive a return label to send the sheets back. When I hadn’t received one I called back the following week and I was told the computer system was being upgraded and I’d receive a label in the next many days. I was also told I’d incur a fee for shipping both ways. I was not given an amount I’d be docked in total for shipping. Why should I incur any cost when I received mismatched sheets with inaccurate colors that I spent $600+ on? I have pictures and only the additional pillowcases are white. The customer service reps were not apologetic, didn’t offer to replace them with ACTUAL white sheets, nothing. Zero accountability. The second rep I spoke with seemed a bit standoffish when I verbalized my dissatisfaction with how my issue was being dealt with, or should I say wasn’t dealt with. I believe they should’ve offered to replace the items at no charge to me.
I don’t want white sheets from them, not that they offered them or attempted to right their wrong because they didn’t. I can buy pricey sheets elsewhere where they treat their customers with the courtesy I believe customers deserve. Nobody even so much as apologized for the inconvenience. I do not believe I should incur any cost for receiving a product that somehow squeaked by quality control when it shouldn’t have. I have had to deal with getting a full refund outside the company since they believe I should pay for shipping on a product that was not what was represented and they didn’t offer a reasonable resolution. Their poor quality control or error should not financially impact me, imo. I don’t know how anyone could’ve not noticed the variation in color when packing my order. I also don’t know how they expect to sell a high-end product with poor customer service. One of the reps said she had never seen or touched their sheets in person nor was offered any by the company to experience. I would think they’d want their staff versed in the product they're trying to troubleshoot. She was very nice otherwise, it was another rep who I found snippy and the antithesis of apologetic.”
“I have several sets of Thomas Lee sheets. I purchased this latest fitted sheet to replace one that was oddly small - it never fit correctly despite purportedly being the right size. I am really disappointed in the quality of this new sheet. It is much thinner than the older ones, it is not smooth, and in fact, is a bit scratchy. I have so many Thomas Lee sheets precisely because they were crisp, cool, and smooth. I have enough to last quite some time, but I will be looking at different brands.”
“I have been buying your sheets for at least 7 years. I love their crisp feel, the way they wash and the thickness. These sheets scream high quality. I am happy to pay the price for them because TL sheets deliver on their promises. I never worry about pilling, scratchiness or needing to replace sheets ever. These sheets last forever. The more they get washed, the softer they become. Consider me a loyal customer.”
“Please make a fitted sheet for a less deep mattress. Tempurpedic mattresses are only 12-14 inches. Or at least sell a regular (shorter) twin fitted sheet. The split king (2 twin mattresses) is a very popular option!”
“These sheets are not what I was looking for to replace my six year old cotton percale sheets. The ones I had were thick and kept us cool. These Thomas Lee sheets are thin, scratchy, and sleep so warm that we cannot sleep on them. Will be attempting to send them back. Super disappointing as I thought I had finally found the perfect replacement sheets!”
“If you like thick, comforting cotton sheets, if quality is important to you, if you want to hang your sheets out to dry and sleep in that heavenly fragrance, then these are the sheets for you. And the Cal King top sheet is actually big enough, that's rare these days. Thank you”
“Thomas Lee sheets are the best sheets and I have tried all the brands. The Duvet cover matches up to the quality. Since we live in a tropical
region I use it mostly without the insert. It keeps our bed looking smooth without wrinkles. Beautiful.”
“These are the best sheets around. I've tried others. They are cool, crisp, and do well with professional laundering and ironing (if you like that done). They are sturdily made and I never plan on using another sheet unless Thomas Lee unnecessarily decreases the quality. They cost more, but they are worth it.”
“I LOVE all of my Thomas Lee Sheets so I am not surprised that I love the duvet cover just as much. I had shipping issues and the customer service team was quick to help. Thank you again Thomas Lee Sheets!”
