“These sheets are not what I was looking for to replace my six year old cotton percale sheets. The ones I had were thick and kept us cool. These Thomas Lee sheets are thin, scratchy, and sleep so warm that we cannot sleep on them. Will be attempting to send them back. Super disappointing as I thought I had finally found the perfect replacement sheets!”
“I ordered 2 QUEEN sets which include 2 top sheets, two fitted sheets and two pillowcases. Both the top sheets and the pillowcases are way too big. The top sheets hang down to the floor and make it very uncomfortable. The pillowcases are huge and look like ones that are made to fit extra large king pillowcases. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE WRITTEN YOUR "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND I'VE NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPLY.”
“Very disappointed, I put "electric blanket" in the search engine. And "assumed" that's what it was showing. Only to find out at Christmas as a gift to someone in was a regular blanket.”
“I have been a Thomas Lee customer for over ten years and own multiple sets of white sheets. I recently ordered two sets of white pillowcases, as I like to change my cases frequently. When my order showed up, I noticed they were a dirty yellow color. I returned those (at my expense I might add), and ordered a second round - they too were dirty yellow. The only explanation I got was that my original order was filled from a cotton batch from late 2020 that came in on the yellow side. So why sell them to customers who want white sheets knowing they aren’t white? I can’t help but think it was because they were on promotion.
Very disappointed in both the customer service and the quality. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from TL any longer.”
