I have been disappointed with the poor level of service provided from Thompson and Morgan, (customer service is non existent) there is a general lack of response to emails, & you will likely find yourself being left hanging on the phone or them just not answering phone calls,
Im glad I paid with PayPal otherwise I may not have received any response or resolution to the issues experienced, given the poor level of customer service received I would avoid using this company unless you want all the hassle of trying to resolve any issues that should arise
