The plants ordered were of SERIOUSLY substandard quality. Of 20 fuchsia plugs 8 were already rotten or dead and since another 3 have died. Other orders - placed before I was aware of the dreadful quality- are equally totally unacceptable. Trying to cancel remaining items has been like pulling teeth. I can get no answer to my e-mails.
Plant quality is simply dreadful, and customer service ranks no higher.
I have awarded only 1 star only because I could go no lower.
