My 86 year old father, who has ordered through Thompson and Morgan for years,is still waiting for his order placed in the middle of March(cheque immediately cashed). Following numerous emails as phone lines are down,I find out the plants had been lost in transit and that a replacement order would arrive at the end of April. My further emails haven't been answered.This is shocking especially as they boast their '100% happiness guarantee'
