Ordered six tumbling toms .All dead on arrival.Have paid over £70 for various other plants so will wait and see if/when and what state they’re in when they arrive.
I’ve emailed the company requesting replacements but no reply.
There’s no point boasting on the web site that you are so busy with extra orders and then sending dead plants out to your customers.
If you can’t keep up with demand for whatever reason then stop trading.Theres never any excuse for poor service .
