I echo so many other (probably) ex-customers. I have used T&M for years and occasionally had a bad delivery but I’ve yet to have a viable one this year. Initially I received a response to my emails and replacements were promised. These arrived in even worse condition, and cannot be blamed on packaging or delays between despatch and delivery. Now I’m getting no response, and no refund although this is offered on their website, in case of customer dissatisfaction.
I doubt this company will survive somehow. I won’t use them again, anyway.
