Whilst I realise that times are difficult due to the coronavirus but the customer service from this company has been appalling. I ordered some plants for some elderly neighbours on 5th May, after 21 working days I tried to make contact with them. Their phone lines are closed and their customer care email support takes 10-14 days to reply. I have now asked for a refund but now have no idea whether the plants are being shipped or refunded. Their website tells me that the expected dispatch date was 9th June. I will never buy off them again and would suggest that others think hard before doing so.
