Spent £80, mainly for my elderly mother. Plants were in terrible state.. already dying having been inadequately packed. Some packs arrived with liquid leaking out as plants were rotting.
No response to emails or just spoof fake queries to delay.
Took photos all along which I am ready to submit to. The Small Claims Court online if I don’t get a response in next 10 working days. Sarah Raven plants ordered at same time were beautiful.
