Despite NUMEROUS emails I am still waiting for a refund .
I am sorry but Covid19 cannot be blamed for the gross inefficiency of this company and their couldn't care less attitude.
I would advise people if asked to avoid this company at all costs.
Plants that did arrive in May were appalling and have still not flowered but no offer of refund for these just my cancelled order.
