You were doing really well, I'd decided to buy all my clothes via your service (about 1k a month normal spend) and then I sent some jeans back which I was told were 'returned dirty' and I couldn't have a refund, how jeans could be dirty having been tried on once is beyond me - although admittedly I did remove the tags and tie them back on.
Anyway, bad job
