Really poor - I ordered about £800 of clothes, accepted their estimate of 4 day delivery schedule and made sure I was home on the day of delivery. They then randomly cancelled the entire order without giving me notice, I emailed to ask what was going on and heard nothing. Still haven't.
Very poor service.
