Ordered with these guys a few times probably 3-years ago (and considering ordering something now). I'm usually cynical about these kinds of companies, however, my experience was very good. The clothes I were recommended were exactly my taste, however, I probably wouldn't have gone for them if they were in the high street shop. One of the coats I ordered is still my favourite coat, and I still get compliments on it. Returns and refunds are absolutely no hassle and no fuss. Each order I send something back, and there's no issue at all.
