I ordered pup sox about Octo. 12 and the recipient has still not received the sox. Apparently, they had to be "remade" . I only knew about this because I had to initiate contact with pupsocks to find out why Jocelyn hadn't received her gift. Nobody offered to discount the sox nor did they seem particularly disturbed about botching up an order. I was going to order 2-3 other pair of sox for Christmas presents, but I won't be doing that now.
