They never arrived and when the asked PuoSocks what was going on in a "cut and paste" reply they told me to go and claim from the insurers. When I did try to claim the insurers said they had no record of me. I then reverted to PupSocks who as of now have ignored my email.
The birthday the socks were for has come and gone so disappointment all around.
Conclusion: PupSocks is a nice idea but the lack of delivery and computerized customer service mean that you should give these folks a miss.
