I have been ordering socks for years and have been so happy, but this year it took so long to get the order (5 weeks) and when I tried to get customer service, I got no replies to my many emails and messages.
I did get the socks and they were amazing. So my complaint would be to have better customer service and to let people know how long an order will take to deliver.
