Worst experience ever! I kept getting kicked off at the checkout, after three tries it finally went through. Unfortunately, I also got charged 3 times. There is no customer service to call, only email and they don't get back to you for days (there's a four hour window to cancel any purchases but how can you do that when there's no one who gets back to you?). So now I'm trying to get a refund for the two extra changes that went through of over $50 each. Not having any luck. I continue to email. I get the same copied & pasted bs response. Very dissatisfied, very disappointed.
