I ordered some socks for my husband back in November and realized within the hour that I had gotten the wrong size. I went to their website to cancel the order and on the cancellation page their policy said if you cancel with 3 hours you got your money back. It also said in bold that if you just wanted to make changes to not cancel but rather to reach out to customer support. I reached out by email as there is no phone number and they took several days to respond and said at this point they couldn’t issue a refund. I just checked today and it looks like they changed their cancellation policy and now clearly state that no changes can be made but I would never order from them again because the experience felt so dishonest.
