My first pair were great and arrived in a timely manner.
In early December I was advised that my second pair was shipped. I have never received them . I have sent three emails to customer support with no reply. At the same time you used without my permission my cats photo in an ad.
I have finally disputed the charge based on ne receipt of product and no reply
