Y’all are a joke for a company. Not only did I reach out to you that you got my order wrong a week before Christmas but I never even heard back or a solution to the fact that you got my order completely wrong and sent someone else’s order to my house. I reached out to you multiple times through email and Instagram with no response. Horrible experience and ruined a great surprise for my wife to get a blanket from a recently passed dog. I have written terrible reviews on your Instagram and have advise people to never shop from you guys ever.
